WATERTOYS & TENDERS
FLYING FISH is equipped with a fast 8.4m jet tender that can achieve speeds up to 31 knots and take guests to remote fishing and diving spots.
There’s light reef fishing gear, snorkelling equipment, dive compressor and tanks, Powerdive underwater diving unit, kayaks and a barbecue for beach picnics.
FLYING FISH is the only privately owned yacht berthed in Port Douglas that offers a helipad for guests. In collaboration with Nautilus Aviation, guests can maximise their time on the Great Barrier Reef with helicopter transfers directly to the vessel on some of the most magnificent reefs in Far North Queensland.
FLYING FISH has also partnered with The Northern Escapes Collection, representing Daintree Eco Lodge & Orpheus Island.
The Great Barrier Reef, off the coast of Queensland in north-eastern Australia, is the largest living thing on Earth, and visible from space. The 2,300km-long ecosystem comprises thousands of reefs and hundreds of islands made of over 600 types of hard and soft coral. It's home to countless species of colourful fish, molluscs and starfish, plus turtles, dolphins and sharks.
The four professional charter crew aboard FLYING FISH are renowned for their watersports prowess and spirit of adventure, as well as their local knowledge and impeccable service.
